Thank you for shopping at Jelda Pets! We are committed to delivering your pet supplies and products safely and efficiently. Please review our shipping policy below before placing your order.

1. Shipping Destinations

Jelda Pets currently ships to addresses throughout the United States and Canada, including:

       All 50 U.S. states

       U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands)

       Canada (all provinces and territories)

We do not currently ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO military addresses. Please provide a valid street address at checkout.

2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

3. Shipping Methods & Rates

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order, package dimensions, and your delivery address. The exact cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Note: Delivery times are estimates only and begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order placement. Delays may occur during peak seasons or due to factors outside our control.

4. Shipping Carriers

We partner with trusted carriers to deliver your orders:

       UPS

       FedEx

       USPS

       DHL (for select Canadian shipments)

Carrier selection is made at our discretion based on order size, destination, and availability.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier's website.

If you have not received a shipping confirmation within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at the email address below.

6. Special Shipping Considerations

Live Animals

Jelda Pets does not ship live animals. All live animal inquiries should be directed to your local licensed pet store or breeder.

Perishable & Temperature-Sensitive Items

Certain products (e.g., fresh pet food, live cultures, probiotics) may be shipped with insulated packaging and/or ice packs at an additional cost. These items are only available for Standard or Expedited shipping — Overnight is strongly recommended during warm months.

Oversized & Heavy Items

Items such as large pet crates, aquariums, or bulk food orders may incur additional freight charges. These will be clearly displayed at checkout.

7. Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages

Jelda Pets is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. However, we want to make things right. Please contact us if:

       Your package is marked as delivered but has not arrived

       Your package arrives damaged or with missing items

       Your tracking information has not updated in more than 5 business days

We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

8. Returns & Exchanges

For information about returns, refunds, and exchanges, please refer to our separate Return Policy available on our website. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

9. Changes to This Policy

Jelda Pets reserves the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
